RIP: RUTH BADER GINSBURG

Millions of hearts broke last night over the death of liberal giant, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

RBG was only the second woman appointed to Supreme Court Justice and she fought tirelessly for women’s rights and same sex marriage. Her legacy will be remembered forever and the loss is huge.

I was eating outside, celebrating Rosh Hashanah with friends when the waiter delivered the devastating and heartbreaking news. The celebratory, optimistic tone of the night ended with those words and the rest of the evening consisted of expressing our fear for this country.

I urge everyone to vote for Joe Biden in this presidential election. The future of women’s rights, the United States of America, and life as we know it depends on it.

Yes. RBG’s loss is an immense one for our country and the world. When my daughter was in high school, she and her friends considered RBG a superhero, which is accurate. Americans who care about preserving the democracy RBG loved so much and worked so hard for must vote for Biden in 2020.

She was a superhero for sure. I’m so gutted.
